the funny shyt is you use quality issues as the reason as to why u got rid of your Max- So instead
of buying a honda/toyota- you move down the ladder and buy a mitsu- Anyway goodluck in the ricer world!

Good luck on the new car, however the reasons you listed for abandoning the Max are all minor nuisances that could have been corrected with a little effort. But yea, sometimes your desire for a new car is too great and the faults with your existing car becomes exaggerated and justifies selling it. Its a shame you didnt have more patience with the Max but im sure the EVO will be a satisfying purchase. Its a completely different style of vehicle. And a suggestion, its probably not best to list EVERY problem the Max had unless you actually experienced all of those issues. Lates.

Smell ya later

Enjoy your super fast, but very ugly and cheap looking car. You should grow out of the "speed" factor within six onths. Then all you will have is an ugly car. Again, ENJOY. BYE.

id TAKE the Evo too, buying on the other hand...

the EVO is a nice car, but the 30k plus pricetag is astronomically high for a compact 4-banger (aside from turbo and awd) a wrx with mods if far more affordable and reasonable than a brand new EVO. but im sure you'll agree that the EVO looks a ton better.

I think the only reason its rice is because of that giant wing and altezza tails

last time... I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HIM WANTING AN EVO! I have a problem with his veiled attack, saying all maximas have the problems he listed. I could go to an EVO site and find 18 problems they've had and list them in one post and say they ALL have those problems.

Or, maybe I could drive my EVO into a curb, then complain about how the wheel bent, or that after driving it 300 miles it ran out of gas....

I have no problem with someone wanting another car, but don't lie about a maxima just to make yourself feel better about losing your shirt on a trade.

Good luck with the EVO!

Looks are subjective and somehow the people making those immature 2Fast2Furious comments are forgetting the Maxima in the first movie and that plenty of .org members have "riced" their cars.
Neither car is God's chariot and each has different objectives. Even though a company as a whole may have terrible ratings, it doesn't mean one model from that company can't be better than a model from a "better" company.

As result:

It could be worse. He could have tried the alternate route from Fast & Furious with Slow & Happy and be driving something much worse.

As I said before good luck with it. But make sure you post all the negative things about the Evo (on the Evo board) when you decide to get rid of it.

I think what everybody has a problem with is the tone of the post. When I read it I interpreted it as "Ha, Ha, I got a Evo and you guys are still driving a crappy Maxima"

All I can say is congrats and have fun beating the he77 out of that thing because that's what its made for and no doubt what most people do to it.

As 2k2wannabe said....buh bye now.

I can't believe this many people have had trouble with their dealerships ! I take my 2000 in under an extended warranty and I always get a rent-a-car even on TSB repairs. Nissan has been awesome to me. My girlfriend has an EVO with 8k miles that went into the shop last week. They are replacing the clutch under warranty but she did not get a loaner or anything and she was without wheels for 4 days. MORE POWER TO THE MAX !!!!!

IMO this post is the same as walking back into your old job after you got your new one trying to make everyone else feel like we are missing out. Well, ever think of it this way ... maybe you are the one missing out.
