Drivers side window R E A L slow. OK

when it's wet, up and down just fine. So what do I clean/lubricate? What should I use to make this work right in the winter? All help will be appreciated. Thanks

silicone spray along the edges
one step further, lubricate the tracks.
but silicone spray should speed it up
