These things are speed missiles
I've been driving rental cars for the last week while my Max is getting a new bumper. All I can say is WOW. I miss my car. I'm driving a PT Cruiser and it's a fun little car around town, but I commute 25 miles each way to work on the Interstate where high speeds (75mph+) are the norm. It's so serene in my Max that I find myself driving at 80-110mph if I'm not paying attention. DAMN.
All of the options I have on the car seem to allow me to focus more on driving rather than my comfort cuz it's taken care of. In cold weather the heated seats, steering wheel and automatic climate control keep me comfortable. The steering wheel mounted stereo controls make it easy to keep my eyes on the road and my ears happy (while drowning out that rear window TSB issue). When the going gets a bit choppy in sweepers it sucks, but oh well.
To me it (and especially the I35) is a cheap, 7/8ths alternative to the Q45.
