Installing light bulbs

Hi, I misplaced my manual and are having trouble replacing my burned out low beam 9003/H3 light bulb.

Can someone tell me how to remove and install the lights? Unlike other cars where you can push in and twist off, I can't seem to nudge mine.

2000 Maxima SE.

Thanks.

First of all its H4 bulb.

You bought the wrong bulb. H4 is dual beam low/high.

Take the connector off, then pull off the rubber surrounding. Then there is a Y clip. Push it in togather and pull it off. Slide out the bulb and reverse the process to take it out to put it back in.

The problem is, I can't even budge the connector. I actually broke off a bit of the plastic casing (lots of grease comes out).

How do you pull it off? Push in and turn? Or just PULL.

Can't they do it like other cars? Like Toyota? Where you just push in and twist? And then pull? Thanks for your help though. I guess I'll return the bulbs and buy new ones.

You push on the sides on the connector, push the sides in and pull off. Very easy.
