painted my headlights
i wanted to paint my headlights to match the tails since i had some of the paint left over. i saw alot of posts about people opening them up first and doing it on the inside. i decided just to do mine exactly like the tails, on the outside. it was just as easy as painting the tails. i think it looks pretty sweet.
what do you all think?

thanks for the feedback guys.
i wanted something diffirent so i did the outside. everyone who has painted headlights has the inside done. never seen one on the outside. i agree it would look better on black, but i still think it looks better then stock

does it look better in person? that is often the case as well. PS - nice to see people who take criticism very casually on the org. see, there really is nothing to get worked up about, people just have opinions and offer constructive criticism (usually)

abaout the criticism..NO ****. people post "let me know what you think" then get mad and cry when the opinion is negative.

To each his own. It's your car. Do with it what you want. The only problem I've got is that you're a Sooner fan. I'm from NH but happen to be stationed in OK at Tinker AFB. All I see is OU stuff. No offense, but I hate 'em. Like the choice you made in your car though.

Not really feelin it. If the car was darker maybe, but as long as you are happy with it that's all that matters.

I think its a little too black/dark. If you use black transperent paint which is made specifically for tail lights, and just spray 3-4 layers, I think that would look nice. It will give it a dark 'tint' look. The paint pattern you used is nice though

It's not the best Photochop, but I'm at work so I didn't want to spend too much time on it.

Like the talking horse on Ren & Stimpy says.....No sir, I don't like it.
It just sticks out like a sore thumb and all you end up seeing is the headlight.
