I won't be buying this product, although I can not take my eyes off it, because of all the thefts around here.

I sure as hell would like some eyelids though.!

 

acutally waiting on mine today..FEDEX tracking says "Out for Delivery"..wooootwooooot!! Come on FEDEX man or woman..

 

I don't have any adhesive on my rings, but the instructions said to put a drop of silicone glue on them if the adhesives aren't sticking, so I am just gonna go get some marine silicone glue and use that to attach mine

 

ok i got mine right now!...opened the box & the top middle slot has an angel eye & its broken in half

umnitza this definetaly was not on me...what can you do to correct this? should i ship it back?....also if you want me to call you whats your phone#....email me @ kpazzo6@hotmail.com if you want to email me

well I just got mine as well..everything looks in working condition, all except the (take a wild guess???????) "No adhesive backing"..guess Im gonna do what MaxDoogie said as well and get some Marine silicone...just gotta wait for the weather to clear up (DAMN snow!) for the install..

It appears as if our quality assurance from our supplier to our team assembling the units has been compromised.
We ordered 4500K rings and 6500K rings.

6500K is what everyone should receive. However, there is an off chance that 1 or even 2 of your rings will be a different color than the others.

PLEASE BE SURE TO PRE-TEST YOUR RINGS AS DESCRIBED IN STEP 4.0. IF YOU DETECT ANY DIFFERENCE IN COLOR, PLEASE NOTIFY US RIGHT AWAY!!!

FOR THOSE OF YOU NOT HAVING RECEIVED YOUR KITS, MY TEAM DIDN'T INFORM ME OF THIS TIL RECENTLY BUT IT'S GREAT NEWS BECAUSE WE'RE GOING TO PRE-TEST YOUR PRODUCT FOR YOU.

COME ON UMNITZA, get this kit to my door! What's the hold up? Fedex said delivery by yesterday, now the website doesn't say when they will deliver at all? Did these things even get shipped?

You just got emailed back:

Hold up is because you were in the second batch and my supplier recognized the differences in color outputs of some rings. Rather than send you 1 ring that was blue and the rest that were white, we didn't do that.

Sorry for the delay.

Good news is that it's all resolved and FedEx ships on Monday.

BTW - GREAT idea on the battery!!

But you can do it with your car's battery as well, and even do a pre-trial "looksee" of how it will look on the car

I got mine installed. I'm really bad at cracking the headlights. I almost melted off the part on the bottom of the housing where the ballast screws up to but its all done. They look freaking amazing. I thought I would have more problems with the wiring but it was actually really easy and I had more problems cracking the housing. All I have to say is monitor that shyt every 2 minutes! melting your shyt is a biatch. and still I screwed up one of the ring's placement in the headlight so I"ll probably have to open it again
I don't have any pics yet. I'll try to post some soon. Maybe a new thread is in order?

I Installed mine but its 10 degree's outside and 2 of the rings wont light up since it's soo cold. I'm gonna wait till they warm up tonight to take a pic, THEY LOOK PHAT!!!

 

I had the same problem..but it didnt occur till the 3rd time I turned the lights on..thats what I posted on my other thread "INSTALLED Umnitza DDE's"..is that the problem? Its too cold?? BTW its just below 20 degrees here..

 

umnitza, you were very clear in your first posts that these kits were going to come with dimmer switches for free? Did some just get left out of kits?

 

I ordered mine before the deadline of Dec. 12. Being that it hasnt shipped yet, Matt, can I expect to receive the dimmer? Or is it going to be missing like everyone elses is. Thanks for the update emails Matt.

dimmers were accidentally all sent to me and not included in any kits sorry.

I'll get them out sometime in the next week, they are in transit to me. And I don't want to delay your product for a small add on piece 90% of you won't use....WHAT?!?!?

Yes, we have found the in the last month, due to research, that almost 95% of our customers look at them and leave them in the box.

So, I guess my team has started leaving them out.

 

i ordered them friday i think... off the website... when can i expect to receive them?

I'm hoping to have them ship as early as Wednesday.

It's just been a zoo with orders and we're having the same situation we had when we first roled this product out in September for BMWs. We were running 40-60 unit back orders for the first month.

Please excuse our delays as not a desire to NOT deliver the product but more of - "HOLY S***" we have a lot of product to send what goes first
