Thanks
and for those who are afraid of opening the headlights is not hard just make sure you seal them if you want to be really sure put some silicone just to make sure.
Playero
At startup, the rings reach approximately 30-50% of their final output.
Sometimes, in particularly cold climates like the NorthEast, Great Plains, etc., they may reach 5-10% of their brightness at startup and reach full 100% brightness by 2 minutes or up to 5minutes.

Ironically, due to their composition, driving faster actually will make them brighter due to the Earth's gravitational pull <-- real truth, not crackpot physics.

Headlights opening takes NO effort, in comparison to many other headlights, these are a snap.

Now, as far as messing up the beam pattern, not possible, they rest right at the outside of the headlight reflector ridge.

Finally, as for one ring being brighter than the other, they are all the same, the camera can simply not pick up all the nuances or exaggerates them incorrectly.

Well , all i have to say is damn , I am ****ed after being one of the first to get these last time and then not having them fit right ,breaking ring and having to pay for a new set and finally a set i dont have to drill into my lights to install and bright like i thought we would get. Damn, this really sucks. I really hope you have a good deal for your old customers who took a chance on your product and paid up without a completed product or test.

I would really like to see some pics of these rings both on/off up close in the daytime. I want to see how well the rings fit the contours of our lights.

Are the rings soft like the fiber optic ones, or are they hard plastic, or what?

Unfortunately that price won't last until AFTER all the product arrives. Huh?

Well, since LithiuMax's car was a prototype, we have literally the abiilty to make 4 more prototypes and that's it. So, we're doing the following:

CLICK THIS TO GO TO SITE

1) Pre-order @ $149
2) Receipt of product will be sometime between Christmas & Jan 10th. This is because we had no idea which sizing was required to make it work with the products we have.
3) There is literally NO modifications to the headlight at ALL. AND, they can be removed with NO adverse affects to it as well if you decide to get rid of the car and sell the unit.
4) Finally, there is no upgrade path from the DDE Gen V to the new ones. We will offer you a private SPECIAL deal, but not an upgrade path.

The DEADLINE for $149 is Dec. 12th.

What does this mean?

1) Your charge is completed at time of payment via CC. These products are being made, we are NOT LIKE THE OTHER GUYS!! You will get your product. PERIOD.

2) If you order now, you are guaranteed to get a product WITH DIMMERS for $149, otherwise, you'll pay $30 more for that.

3) If you order now, you get the product in this batch, if you wait, you won't get product at least for 30 days afterwards for the next batch.

4) We can work out specific details with respect to upgrades offline. There is no public upgrade path.

5) These are hard rings, they are not pliable, they are fragile. However, once attached, they will go nowhere. Ask LithuiMax!

6) Rings off and on? There is nothing to see when they are off. They fit exactly the outside diameter of each reflector EXACTLY. THey are literally an extension of the reflector's outer lip. They are invisible.

Ive got one question about the installation. I dont completely understand where the wires for these exit the headlight if you dont drill a hole. Thanks.

You sent payment but without paying for shipping, they can't ship

They have a high temp adhesive that is attached to them, peel and stick

The wires are so thin, there is no need to drill anything, the cap just closes over top of them.

I couldn't resist anymore
Just placed an order, total came up to $172 with cheapest shipping (damn tax.)
The checkout process could be improved a little. When I clicked to confirm my order instead of getting a receipt, I was asked for my login info and redirected to the front page. I was about to place another order, when I got a confirmation email.
Now, I hope they ship these before 1-1-04.

yes, everything is removable and "resaleable" - so nothing to worry if your car is a lease, there is no permanent mark.

Can you ship to my friend's house?
My cc has my home address, and doesn't have my friend's address.
I'm going to Taiwan next Thursday, and will not return until Jan. 12th. I don't want the angel eyes just sit out the apartment for a month, but I want to put them on as soon as I return

If you change your SHIP TO address, yes.

Dimmers allow you to vary the intensity of the light output.
