Either a special 2 sided tape or clear cement glue.

Either way, it wont move

BTW - Why the heck are you asking all these questions if you don't even have 2k2 headlights?

They are high temp adhesive backing and a dab of silicon.

We are researching providing the blister pack for you.

it gives you blisters

Just kidding.

It's a smallish pack of adhesive inside a little pack, it "pops" like a blister.

I only ask for the knowledge of the product and who is to say I don't have 2k2 lights. I was just inquiring about the product.

only reasons they fog up are:

1) They didn't get completely sealed when reheating them to seal. This is a common mistake, everyone makes it. Including yours truly.

2) They need 1 - 2 days to equalize barometrically (sp?). Which means, when you open them, it may be sunny and dry, by the time you are done, it may be cold and damp.

In BOTH cases, it's VERY easy to redo.

if so, open & clean lens then reseal...for added protection add clear silcone where the front & back housing meet all around

I don't have them. I was just asking. My lights have a haze to it, I tried to use plastic cleaner but it started to get worse.

So I've participated in the DataDots program here in the NE; the DDE install shouldn't be a problem for me, should it?

Has nothing to do with DDE.

It's a new security thing Nissan made for HID.

What they do is put special *dots* on your headlight that indicated the vin its from.

Basically, they just sign the headlight with these dots.

Thnx for the vote Matt

They are dots on the maxima lights that should detain theives from stealing the lights. They are put on buy the dealer and they also have a "VIN" number so the police can know they are yours IFF THEY FIND THEM!
