Rough cold idle?

Rough cold idle?
After that loud grinding noise that happens at startup, my rpm goes up and down, for a min or so, it won't stay at a consistant rpm like it used to.

anyone have this also?

What sort of RPM range does it end up staying in?

I believe its a hair over one rpm after it bounces up and down,
