how do you make the homelink visor work?!? (please dont flame me for i know its a stupid/newbie question)

 

If you consult your owner's manual, it explains it pretty thoroughly. I have both doors programmed on mine and it works great. Maybe not as much range as the manufacturer's remote, but good enough for me.

 

hold the button on the visor and on your garage door opener, after a wile it will stop blinking fast, after it blinks slow 3 times it should work..........

 

i will jump in on this. i did follow the manual and for the life of me, it did not work. it says to hold it until it blinks fast. you say it will stop blinking fast, and then slow 3x's. so i should have held it longer. are you sure of this. perhaps i just read the damn thing wrong.

 

I did mine and it was a PIA.... then come to find out the the one button I programed worked on both freaking garage doors I can't figure out how to change the code on my wifes door. We have two of those "smart" openers. Any suggestions would be helpful.
