Suspension Thunks and noises...

Car is equipped with Eibach springs, stock struts, and the stillen rear sway bar. Today, i noticed a weird thunk from the rear end. I kinda spun in first (it was raining) and the car jolted forward rear fast and the rear of the car made some crazy thunk sound! I've never heard of this before and thought it had to do with either the rear bar or the springs. Also, I get weird compression noises from the front of the car everytime i go over a bump. That's probably because i didn't add those spring condoms to the eibachs, but it's still kinda annoying. But, regarding the rear thunk, anyone have any ideas? Expert opinions?

I had a similar thunk but not because of a spin. My Strut bar had moved a bit back and the bar was hitting the Multilink bar that pivots down when the suspension is compressed. Check that first
