I can hear the switch come on and off as I press the button, but It doesn't get very hot, or hot at all. usually, it makes my hands sweat. I searched, but has anyone else experinced it and know a cure?

I had sort of the problem before but it was the dealer who disconnected the switch behind the button. I just reconnected it and it was ok.

Remember it heats up for a certain period of time and than shuts off and than on again. But takes some time.

If you really believe it doesn't work at all, than bring it back to the dealer.

This action sounds pretty normal. Depending on how cold it is outside, sometimes the wheel only gets warm, rather than hot, before it cycles off for a few minutes. As long as you can feel the temperature warm up some then I'd think it's likely functioning normally.

Your heat steering only work at certain temperature outside near 5celsius, over this temperature it doesn't work and below 5 celsius it's only warm but near -15celsius it's very hot.
