Installing a new steering wheel?

Recently I was thinking of something that I could do to the interior of the max that would be nice looking and unique. I decieded that I'm probably going to go with a wood dash kit, which looks really nice with the tan leather. Than I was looking and I happened to find a really nice steering wheel by momo that I think would look really nice with the whole wood setup, here it is:

It is the FIGHTER ZEBRANO Steering Wheel - Black Leather/Zebrano Wood w/ Silver Center - 350mm (13.8) Diameter" and it uses momo hubs.

My question is, how hard would it be to install the new steering wheel, and would it fit correctly. I've seen pictures of aftermarket steering wheels that fit perfectly and look very nice, but I've also seen other pictures where it just didn't look right and it didn't fit well.

I would really appreciate any help, I'm probably going to need it

Your airbag is gonna be the biggest problem.

I was thinking about that, I have a person who can help me take that out, but like I said I'm not going to do it if it looks nasty so maybe I'll try to get a second word from a person who would professionaly install it

I have been thinking about changing my wheel out as well. However, I was thinking of going with the leather/wood wheel out of an I35.

However, I have not had the chance to price the wheel or check on compatibility.

I say get the G35 steering wheel. I would assume you could get it to work with your setup plus the airbag is a pretty standard setup so i would think there would not be anyproblems there

2000-2001 and 2002-2003 wheels have COMPLETLY different installation and design, including the airbag, which are not interchangeable; more likely that g35 airbag is as much different as two of those too. Although it is possible to swap all those wheels if you do not pay attention to airbag function; cruise will be ok if you can modify a fiew things in wiring; I guess it would be cool to install 350z wheel
And 2002-2003 has the same wheel design as Q45!

Yea, thanks for the help

As for you other guys with the suggestions, I appreciate it, I looked into that i35 and g35 wheel, I think they both look really good, and if I change the steering wheel, I'll probably go with that. However, I only found a carbon fiber one, which looks nice, but doesn't go with the overall wood look, so does anybody know where I can get either one of them with the leather/wood?

And I REALLY like the 350z steering wheel, I wonder if it would be possible to put that in...I'll have to be the guinea pig I guess

How about an I-30/35 t steering wheel! Doesn't that have wood trim and a compatible airbag?
