any helpful hints?

Before I install the cattman y-pipe on (20 DEC)saturday morning, anyone know some tips for an easier install?

Take it to a shop and have them install it. It will save you time, stress and frustration. I'ts a real clusterfuh under the car with out a lift..

There have been several threads on this. Just do a search on the Cattman Y-pipe and it should help. Good luck on the Y. I got my Cattman this week too...gonna have it installed this weekend.

Its not that hard man. Just put the car up on either ramps or on jackstands as high as you can get it.

Then remove the 3bolts from each flange and replace the pipe, on a 2k2 its practically a joke compared to a 2k-2k1 where you gotta get upto the bottom of the headers to remove the bolts.
