Should be 3 yrs/36,000 on everything (except normal consumables) and 5 yr/60K on the powertrain. Nissan warranties transfer to second owners, and down the line.

Too bad they avoid their warranty with responses like " I'm sorry we can't seem to duplicate that problem" or my favorite " your car has been modified from the factory set up and we cannot cover your car under warranty"

I Work At A Hospital During The Night Shift And They Prefer Everything Be Capitalized, And Just Because One Of My Neighbors Is A Nissan Techy It Does Not Necessarily Mean I See Him All The Time. Besides I Was Already At Work And On The Org And Said Lemme Ask. Besides Whats It Too You???

LOL i had the same question about my maxima when i first got it. One thing i asked but never got an answer for was about recalls and tsbs. Some of these are performed for free(as far as the tsb), and since i bought it from a third party dealership, would i still qualify for the tsb?
