SES light! Help me!

Code P0300, multiple misfires. 2002 6speed w/21,835 miles on the odo.
the light came on while I was accelerating from a red light in 1st gear. I felt no hesitation or probs accelerating during or after the light came on. No limp mode or anything like that so I dont believe its the MAF.
All I have done to the engine is a PR CAI and UDP. I had the code reset and went about my business. I shut the car off and turned it back on once since then and no more SES light.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx in advance.

Probably your gas cap wasnt tight..The SES light kicks on when that cap isnt real tight..

Dont worry about it, just make sure when you fuel up in the future that you tighten that cap until you hear it click at least 3 to 4 times.

Unfortunately, it will most likely be back on eventually. You probably should have brought it in since it's still under warranty instead of simply resetting the code. Murphy's Law says it will come back on at 36,500 miles...

Yesterday after starting this thread I went to work which is 12 miles from here w/o the light coming back on. I came back to my car 10 hours later and drove back home, again w/o the light coming on. Problem solved w/o even doing anything? I dunno, only time will tell...
Thanx for the replies.

i think the wheels look great. you have the silver trim going around the windows and the the silver lip on the wheels. they compliment each other nicely .
