I have a 2002 MAX SE with the TRIP meter. (I think all have that). The wire harness on the Steering wheel to control this goes through the BOSE radio. I realized after chaning my system to an aftermarket my Trip Meter no longer works. Is there any way to fix the trip meter?

That will fix the trip meter? I had tweeter try and hook sometime up, not sure what exactly and it didn't work. OH, and do you know what it is exactly I'm looking for on that sight..

I believe you need to hook the brown/white wire to your ground and it will work. It's been so long I forgot the color codes. I'm not sure if it's brown/white or white/brown, but one of them has to go to your ground. Ask Pearl96Max in the audio section.

Hey, thanks a lot. I just went out and grounded out the Brown wire...hit the trip meter and it fixed the problem. Thanks a lot!!!!
