Help Anyone,

Help - i'm trying to install new headlight bulbs on a 2000 Max

I got up to removeing the rubber seal around the bulb and I'm lost.
What should I do next? I also have to change the fog bulbs also, So if you don't mind posting the direction for that also i would greatly apreciate it.

just pull em out its pritty easy, just fool aroun w/it for a wile ull get it

 

Just find of pull hard. It should then just come right off!
