I'm thinking about getting Place Racing CAI, ( and the search doesn’t work ) so here are my questions:

1. What are the dyno numbers on it?

2. Is the Monsterflow filter any good, or should I replace it with Apexi or K&N.

3. Is it legal to have a CAI?

I've used both the monsterflow and k&n filter and from my experience I would stick with the k&n, and yes a cai is street legal.

I have had the PR CAI for a while now and it is real nice and the sound it makes under WOT is a real ear pleaser. It is street legal. If you dont mind cutting a hole in your wheel well then I say it is definately worth buying. As far as the monster flow goes, I dont use it. People have said it breaks down fast and sucking that foam into your intake is a bad thing.

 

be careful in wet weather. I have rust inside my lower pipe AFTER the filter.

I went back to stock for the winter/spring.
