head & fog replacemnet question

how bright can i go o the bulbs with the stock harness. another question is how bright is the stock bulbs.

Stock Headlight = 55W
Stock Fogs = 55W

Piaa Xtreme Whites shouldnt melt the harnesses, as I had them in my 01 before it got wrecked. the headlights were 120 and the fogs 110.

but was there a considerable difference in brightness?
