2 years. I bought the Injen while I waited and sold the Frankencar before it ever arrived. Oh BTW, I am still waiting.

Hmm, I got mine during the first group deal. I waited around 2 months for mine. The wait was well worth it though.

After 2.5 weeks and they still couldn't tell me when they would have parts, I cancelled my order and got my $$ back.

Check out Berk Technologies on the Group Deals Forum. Same as Frankencar, but very good service and better price.

I ordered my intake on 23 Dec and still haven't heard from them. Money cleared my bank account three days later. Still don't know what's going on with mine. It better be waiting for me, when I get home from this stupid deployment. I'd hate to have to drive there when I go back to NH on leave to pick it up. I'll want gas money and shipping returned to me if that is the case! I can't believe I haven't heard anything from them. I see what everyone means about the customer service issues. It'd better be worth the wait.

Same here...ordered the intake back in October and they NEVER returned a single email or voicemail. Got my CC company to reverse the charges last month. I will never do business with those crack heads again!
