I ordered my intake on 23 Dec and still haven't heard from them. Money cleared my bank account three days later. Still don't know what's going on with mine. It better be waiting for me, when I get home from this stupid deployment. I'd hate to have to drive there when I go back to NH on leave to pick it up. I'll want gas money and shipping returned to me if that is the case! I can't believe I haven't heard anything from them. I see what everyone means about the customer service issues. It'd better be worth the wait.
