Bose TSB question

I am having a hard time gathering information about the bose head unit not reading cds and or skipping. I need to take the car back for the left side audio cut out, and you like to know if there is any TSB about the head unit?
also to add to the problems both fogs are cracked and need to have the data dot put in while I am at the dealer.

The Bose issue is known and they will replace it with a refurbished model. I had this done twice. Each looked like they dragged the face plate over sandpaper. Oh well.

Go here for Max TSB's: http://maxima.theowensfamily.com/tsb/
Just had my Bose replaced. Search the forum and you'll see this issue is very common in the 2k2-2k3's.
Put 3M Clear bra material on fogs to protect from chipping after replacement. http://www.xpel.com. I recommend getting a clear bra for your whole front end while you're at it: www.invinca-shield.com has good prices.
