add aftermarket speakers to bose

is it possible to add aftermarket speakers to our 2k3 bose without changin the headunit??

you don't have to change your headunit to change your speakers!, i'm just waiting for mine to blow or something then i'll get some aftermarket ones (sounds cleaner and nice).
