Squeak noise coming from the front end..
Hey guys,
My car has been having this squeaky noise coming from the front somewhere..it happens when I turn the wheel and give it some gas...this started to happen a few days ago...
Does anyone else have this problem? It kinda sounds like birds chirping...maybe the power steering??!?

I have had something similar happen only under full opposite lock to the left.....and the ground is not perfectly flat.
Found out it is some sort of plastic or polyurethane bushing that fell off what appears to be a bolt right by the lower control arm. It appears to keep the wheels from turning past a certain point; at the end of the bolt is where that piece was attached to. I know this because I checked the right side which still has that plastic piece attached. Haven't had a chance to go to Nissan to get another one.
Your problem may be the same....very minor issue.
