Nissan Maxima Commercial
#1
I just saw the 2001 Nissan Maxima commercial where it shows robots building up the car. I was wonder if anyone here knows what is the song used for that commercial. I kinda like the choice of songs Nissan uses for their car commercials.

There was a post here a while ago, where a member had compiled a list of all the songs used in Nissan commercials, and was planning on burning them onto a cd....
Super cool driving music if you ask me!!!

PS.. of all the car commercials on TV, I only enjoy the VW, and Nissan commercials..... Conversely, Toyota commercials make me want to impale myself on an abnormally blunt spoon... but only after undergoing a full frontol lobotomy.... Some Toyota marketing exec deserves to be fired with prejudice for those commercials....
BTW.. Anyone else enjoy how mazda uses the words "zoom zoom" in their commercials??

the funniest thing about the Mazda commercials is that I ran my 1991 Protege with a "ZOOM ZOOM" front tag for 5 years before moving to Texas. I ought to charge Mazda for the idea.
And last year when I had the temp tag on the AE I put that same "ZOOM ZOOM" plate on the AE for a month.
The sentiment matches the Protege more than the AE though. I can still make the Protege scoot faster than the AE. I haven't decided which car sounds better though. The Protege makes a hell of a noise at 7000 RPM. The Maxima is not as loud but sounds WAY more refined.
I can't wait to hear what the SE-R spec V sounds like...

Sith is right
You may remeber it from the movie The Matrix if you ever saw that. It's on the matrix soundtrack (track 10?) along with some other good songs.
Another song I notice people ask about is the beginning song from the movie Big Daddy; and the name of that one is Pharcyde - Passing Me By.
Also just a side note, I notice 'electronic' music is getting more and more play on the radio (in the US). If you liked that song you might also want to look artists like Robert Miles, Paul Oakenfold, and maybe even pick up the blade soundtrack. Those are easy to find cds, the mainstream of electronic; if there is one.
If you are even more intrigued check out such artists as deepsky and hybird; or look at what's popular in the UK since all those cheesy electronic songs you hear now on the radio were in the UK years ago. Sorry all my babblin should be moved to OT.
