MAF / ECU TSB Just done..Need some feedback

I had my crank sensor recall done last week and asked the dealer to check the clutch noise and the engine bucking problem in 1st and 2nd gear. Like I expected, they told me they need to install a mass air flow sensor and a new clutch disk. I finally got it in yesterday. (I had to take out the injen intake and greddy exhaust before the first visit to get this done just to make sure they couldnt bust my chops) Anyway, I got it back today and the clutch felt great; it grabbed a lot lower and there was no noise.....but once I got on it, I noticed A LOT of power seemed to be missing from the entire RPM band. I called back to ask them if there was a problem (and to tell them that the battery tie down and intake mounting bolts were missing). They said that there was no problem at all and it was all in my head. I was wondering if they might not have reprogrammed the ECU after the mass air flow sensor was replaced.......I also read somewhere on this site that it takes a while for the ECU to relearn the TPS voltage and the throttle only feels 90% of normal?.....Anyone have the same problem...Any help would be appreciated
