Newbie Question Number 1

I've noticed recently when decelerating, mostly on the interstate, my steering wheel starts shaking. Could this be because I'm in need of new breaks or do I need a front end alignment?

Your brake rotors are most likely warped.

My rotors were resurfaced a few months ago and just a couple of weeks ago they got warped again so the stealer finally replaced them under warranty. Everytime you resurface rotor discs, you're actually shaving off metal and that makes them thinner and more prone to warping.
