MAF problem solved?

MAF problem solved?
I want to order an intake, since it is time to start moding...but I remember people having problems all the time with their MAF's failing...now is this simply with K and N filters or what? I just don't want to deal with warranty work every week or have to pay for MAF's myself...Any info on this would be appreciated. Thanks

did he go to the dealer with his stock stuff back on to get it replaced or he pays the 400 bucks each time

mine blew with the jwt popcharger and i was on the way home from the dragstrip when it blew and it was towed to the dealer with the popcharger still in and they called me and told me to bring in my stock intake and they'll put it back in and cover the maf under warranty. which i was surprised to hear
