It would seem logical that temperature and climate (long-term) could effect the suspension in cars, right? Well I don't know and I'm posting this to ask you guys who might know.

It had gotten significantly warmer in NYC the past couple of weeks and the suspension had seemed to soften up. Being that I have only had the SE since mid December, it had only been ice cold so it would be the first temperature change for me to notice anything. Well, then it got super cold again and I didn't notice that much of a difference. Now that the temp is back up into the 40's and the car has been in a heated garage all day long, I took the car out yesterday and the car literally felt different over the SAME bumps that my car hits on the SAME roads every day. There are specific places on the FDR that my car thumps because of road plates, shock adjusters for flexing of the roads, etc. Yesterday the car was gliding over them and it was as if someone changed my suspension while I was in the garage. Weird....any comments?
Thanks

The intermittent creaking sound I heard when it was in the teens is gone too. And I notice that the engine feels slightly less powerful than before (aha, the concept of a CAI!). Don't notice too much with the suspension though, its still floaty.
