Bah. The rotor might be nice but those look to be oem Ford Cobra calipers from 98 year and on. Twin piston aluminum. PBR is the oem maker. Nothing wrong with this setup. It's mostl likely more than enough brake. Most of the intial bite and power is from the larger dia. rotor. Alot of the fade resistance will be from the pad/rotor design. One advantage is that you might have less wheel spoke clearance problems because the twin pistons are inboard vs outboard on 4-6-8 piston verions. ie.. 300zx/Willwood/AP etc......

The thing they don't show is the adaptor bracket. If you had that, I could duplicate that set fairly easy. If the bracket is simple enough I could duplicate that also. The rotor looks to be an oem 1 pc but painted/slotted/drilled. I wouldn't doubt that it's an OEM 2004" nissan 12.x rotor rounded up to 13"

The easiest, most affordable BBK is probably the one Matt93se has going in the Gen forums. 12.x 2004' oem maxima rotor, for 300z or maxima calipers(you provide), ss lines and adaptor bracket.

I have a bbk for my 3-gen that will fit a 4-gen but not a 5th gen. Slight dimensional differences.

yeah Jeff, I think I saw pics of that. I don't really care for the "plain" rotors. I like the look of the slotted/drilled rotors and am not really concerned about the reduced life with those.

It looks like you can custom build something. What can you offer and how much?

Personally, I think front only BBKs look kinda weird. I wish Matt's included rears.

I could indeed custom build something but since Matt93se has that covered, no need to double produce. I want to concentrate on some other custom stuff right now. "pshhhh"

That's not a bad price, but I think my 4 piston 13" rotor kit is better. Correct me if I'm wrong...

I checked the template and it will fit my 19's but since it's snowing like a ****. Like 14 inches of snow. I am going to get my tires rotated and check the template on my stock 17's. All else fails I still got matts kit to go too.

i would go with Matt's (matt93se) kit. i've seen his bbk in person. its nice. i'd get it but just dont have the $$ to dish out. I believe the rear ones are in the works. I think he's designing Mike's rear brakes.

Matt is working on the rears as well. It will not be a caliper replacement. It will be a relocation (braket) of the current caliper on a much larger diameter rotor.

So basically if he is able to complete his work...if you are gettin the front kit (like myself) all the rear will be is rotor and replacement bracket. Everything else is included with the front kit.
