New and cleaner intake causing problems?

New and cleaner intake causing problems?
Hey guys,
over the week end I installed a berk intake. Nice product, pretty easy installation.
While I had the intake off, I cleaned out the throttle body with a can of TB cleaner and a tooth brush. My dealer actually recommended this.
Now, when I am driving and let off the throttle, the car doesn't decelerate immediately like it used to.
If I rev the engine in neutral, the rpm's "hang" for a half second before they start to drop, and then the settle out at 1200 for about 5-6 seconds and then drop to 800 after that.
I have a 2k 5spd. Does this sound off? Or is could this be related to having a less restrictive intake?

I bet they'll love my intake

I stopped by the dealer today. The same guy who suggested I clean out the TB also said that it would be a good idea now that it's clean to re-set all the idle settings with their computer. Hmmmm. Was this a set up??

Sounds like an ECU re-set and maybe some idle adjusting is in need here.
