front wheel alignment

My car was pulling right so I went to the shop for alignment. They said that front cross camber and SAI(or kingpin inclination) is out of spec. The problem is these two are not adjustable and it may be due to some bent suspension parts. My car was involved in a minor front-end accident a few weeks back and they said that might be the cause.
Anyway, if this is true what should I expect? Does it involve extensive replacement of front suspension parts? Thanks.

re-alignment

The body shop should have re-aligned the body, and thus the wheel would be fine. So, take it back to the body shop, and tell them to RE-check body alignment ...
