Help with SES light.

I blew my MAF about 2 weeks ago. Ever since then my SES light has been on. It is showing P0113 which read: IAT, sensor reading too high, or something to that effect. I had a JWT on a mid pipe when the MAF blew and have since switched back to the PR CAI. Ive reset the codes 3 times now but my SES light keeps coming on and reading the same thing.
I have looked through the forum but cant seem to find an answer to this problem. A lil help please...
