Is a high flow Cat off of E-bay worth getting?

Was wondering if the high flow cats offered on E-bay if it's worth getting. How much HP will this produce. I'm going to also get a B-pipe.

high flow cat doesnt give any hp gain ... maybe 1 hp and its not worth getting off ebay..
stock cat is fine ...

the ones on ebay advertised as high flow cats but actually they are just straight pipes. you might pick up 1-2hp in higher rpms but most have lost in lower rpms or just stayed the same.
