please some advice/help

ok, heres the problem....
when starting my car, the exhaust just excessively gives out smoke, not blue, i know its not oil, but just coninuously does it. When i let it warm up and take a drive, it doesnt smoke as much, but still where my bumper fogs up. Also some water was dripping out the exhaust. Does anyone know what could be the problem, or is it not even a big deal? thanks guys

i think that's normal in cold weather? if it does it in summer, then you might have a problem. but just for the sake of it, take a look in your coolant.

but white 'fumes' when cold and water at start up sound about normal.

If your exhaust has a sweet smell and your coolant gets low, you have a bad head gasket.

well there is not a sweet smell, but would my car run really weak with a bad head gasket? because as far as power wise the car runs fine. A friend of mine told me that it could be a bad spark plug or something?
