hahaha... that was coooool... i just saw it now... (sorry, been studying for finals and taking a pseudo-internet fast).

CLEARCOAT you say? easy-peasy-japanesy (shawshank ref)... i'm assuming you're using layers to "paint" this bugger. what kind of transparency are you using? i was playing with the pix and it seems like "multiply" gives off the sheen you want.

I'm sure you could matte someting like alien skin's glass plugin to create a "clear-coat" effect... Why bother, it's gonna look fugly anyway!!!, I'm still waiting for a brown or lime green maxima.. ICK!!!!

that's just not right...
