has anyone noticed that smoke only comes out of one of the tips when the car is just turned on and not moving??
i dont know if that happens when it is moving, but i was warming my car today and i noticed that only one side had smoke coming out
any know why???

Step on the gas... The 2nd valve stays closed until like 3k rpm???

The other exhaust port only opens at high rpms. At idle only one exhaust pipe is open. At high rpms a flap opens and the other pipe exhales too!

why did they do that to the exhaust????
does that happen on every car???

know, its not on every car. They made it that way so when the car is in the garage, or driveway, you cant quite here the exhaust. But when you step on the gas, and are at WOT, you hear that baby!

dont you guys think it is such a great deal at this price range???
i think at this price range the only car that can keep up with the max overall(not only in terms of speed) is the acura tl

i bought the max because i really loved it, but id have to admit that the tl is righ tup there with the max on a lot of issues
the max has the nice 17" wheels, but the tl has xenon lights, but one factor that puts the max over the tl is that manual transmission
but i still like the max
the max rules!!!!!!!
