Need help with O2 part number!

My wifes 2001 GXE has a bad oxygen sensor. A friend was able to point out which one was bad on the engine, but unfortunatly didn't or couldn't give me a part number, or any usefull information for ordering a replacement. If your looking at the row of sensors in the front of the engine, there's 4 in a row. The one on the far left has a blue wire/wire covering coming out of the bottom that leads to the left side of the engine, the one 2nd from the left with the red wire coming out of the bottom that goes around to the right side of the engine is the bad one, but I have no idea what to tell the auto parts dealers in the area to order a new one.

Would anyone know the part number, or any information that I could give to them other than "it has a red wire coming out of the bottom, 2nd from left sensor"?

Thanks for the help guys!

It's the rear O2 sensor, Bank 2 (H02S2-B2) and the part number is 226A1-4L715
