The next day after it rains or just later the same day, when I run my air conditioner or heater, I smell this like moldy smell. I'm not sure if water is getting in where it's not supposed to or if this is just normal. But anyway, what can I do to fix this? And please don't give me a typical maxima.org answer like "put it in the garage." Thanks!

 

Yonith, You might want to try to wash/rinse the in cabin air filter. The instructions are at the courtesy nissan website. Another way that might beat that funky smell is run your heater for a while.
