I looked but i couldnt find any how-to's to change my fuel filter. I just got it, and in the manual it says its a maintance free item, but i want to change it anyways, any suggestions?

Order the filter and O-ring from Dave Burnette @ 888-254-6060. Filter is inside of the fuel pump/filter housing which is inside the gas tank. Get to it by removing the rear seat.

 

Thanks alot. I actually have it but im looking for directions on how to change it, do i have to worry about pressure or anything going wrong, or is it just plug and play type of maintance

 

It is kind of plug and play. There's a few bolts and connectors that need to be removed to get to the gas tank. Once you're in there take out the whole fuel pump assembly. You'll have to take apart the plastic housing to get to the fuel filter. Install the same lines that are currently on the filter and put everything back together.... In a nutshell.
