calling all with UDP

I was wondering is any one still have there stock pully around and would be willing to donate it for a project. I would like to make some out of aluminum at the shop where i go to school. i could make them on the CNC lathe or on the mill. also does any one know if the aftermarket pullys are smaller or the same size. i would be willing to sell these at a very fair price. just tell me what you guys are willing to pay shipped and i will do it. thanks for any help

One pulley is smaller and the other is the same size.

It's got to be machine balanced all around, otherwise it will cause harm to the engine. I already have a UDP and I wouldn't take a chance with this. My .02.

it would be concentric within .0005 . i can also check the balance between blade centers that is what we use to balance grinding wheels. so yes it would be balanced.

Why don't you experiment it on your car and sell it later when it works.

I think he's saying he would test it on his car, but he needs a OEM udp as a template from someone who has one sitting around. Otherwise, he's have to take his own udp off to do this and wouldn't be able to drive til it was done.....
