Hey .I asked the same question long time ago but no one wants to help.
I got mine hocked ,but still need assistance for the wiring.
I finaly found this site but i don't like the way he did it,you can try it if you want

Pretty much yes!! don't think that there's a fuse in cabin for flasher!!
The best way is on the corner (off and flash) or side(On and flash)
Maybe a place in relay box too!!

 

I think BigDogJonx has done it. I've seen pictures on his website/web directory.
