I will write up my own procedure on how to install headers when mine arrive. I've done cats on a VQ30DE-K on the front so I know how the manifold comes off the front. I inspected CLOSELY- rear manifold and its fairly EZ job. I wanna say U can have it done in like 2-3 hours tops. **** pulling the motor out takes a whoppn hour not even, might as well do that if it takes ya dat long
FYI- I'm a mechanic, and I do things like these on daily basis- Maxima tranny takes 15 min to remove on my ride. Don't belive me, look where my sig line pic is taken

The hardest part is to remove the damn heat shield from the rear manifold. That this is like double layer heavy duty metal sheet. But maybe it would be easy for you 5th gen guys since your engine bay looks a bit bigger

As for the downstream 02 sensors, I can use a simple resistor that DSM, WRX guys use to fool the ECU into thinking the cats work fine. In IL they only do the scanner part of the Emission test on all 96 and up cars. As long as all readiness tests have completed, and there are no DTCs stored the car will fly through the test.
i thought 3.5 - 4 o2's and 3.0 - 4 o2's also? Is there a lack of o2 bungs or what?

What he's saying is that with ALL three cats removed or ALL four 02s in front of the only remaining cat, ie the main cat, the ECU will throw a CEL.
He's referencing a method of "tricking" the ECU into thinking the cat is still there by placing a resistor on the rear 02s.
All Cali spec cars have 4-02s. You must have the rear 02-sensors relocated behind the MAIN cat, ie b-pipe(like fed->cali conversion by DesertPearl) inorder to keep the ECU happy. However, people have installed the Stillen headers at least from my knowledge withOUT relocating the rear 02s or installing the 02 simulator/resistor/black box trickery and NOT get a CEL.

I heard this from a maxima owner who installed the cattman headers:
on the manifolds, there are only two o2 bungs welded on. So cali spec cars will need to relocate their extra two o2 bungs further downstream after the main cat.
so i'm assuming these are where they are located:
here is the 2nd o2, so the other two have to be relocated (#3 zipped tied and #4 hanging by itself next to it):
also, the motor mount bolt hits the header piping in the front manifold (courtesy of Hnda Etr)

No, just relocate 02s, just like DesertPearls website.
I'd do it ahead of time.

whats the word on the Cattmans ? I heard someone - SR20DEN runing them on the 3.5L and runing a 13.6MPH with awesome butt dyno results and barely any mods ??? I'm thinking of buying the headers this week as my Y-pipe is driving me nuts with yet the 5th leak....
