i am sure this has been or will get beatin to death but is it really necessary to relocate the o2 sensors? for those that haven't...have you had any problems? for those that did how much did it cost to have the bungs welded?

 

Nothing is necessary. You can relocate them if you dont want to deal with the SES light. If you dont care about the light being on for the 0420 and 0430 codes, then dont worry about it.

If you do, then either relocate them to behind the main cat or get rid of them and put o2 simulators inplace to fool the ecu.

i figured since i had a test pipe that it really didn't matter but i will be putting the headers on first then worry about the last o2 sensors later i guess.

 

As I have said before, my secondary o2 sensors in in the stock location on the y pipe. I have not triggered a CEL yet. I believe juice did the same thing as me.
