Input on a new car? *UPDATE*

Hey everyone
i was just wondering if anyone can give me and input on what i should look at when buying a max. i saw a black 2002 max - SE on sale for 15,995. It had 62k miles on it. good price or no?

Interior:
~was grey and well kept.
~Its had cloth seats (perforated?).
~I didn't see any blemishes at all.
~No sunroof.

Exterior:
~was well kept as
~I did notice a few covered scratches
~all of the lights lenses were intact and no cracks
~foglights
~spoiler
~checked the doors and trunk and the opened and closed without problems

The dealer said that it was owned by a business man who was its only owner. I'm gonna carfax it and see what it comes up with. I'm going to test drive it on saturday so keep my fingers crossed.

***UPDATE***
Well i received the Carfax report back today and the car seems to have been a fleet/lease vehicle which goes along with what the dealer was saying. So far, all looks well. We'll see how it performs on the test drive this weekend. Wish me luck!

just watch out for EX- rental cars. That is pretty high miles on that car. In Chicago my friend got a 03 6spd with 3K miles on it for 17K bux.
