Licence Plate Bulbs
Im trying to upgrade my licence plate bulbs to a brighter light? Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also Im planning on buying new bulbs for the headlights. Im sick of the yellow crap. I want a bright white light. Which of these two will produce more of a pure white light

The plate bulbs are just 2 little 168/194 wedge bulb.
I have polarg there but piaa is good and slyvania is good, they're all good.
whats the difference between the Piaa extreme white bulbs and the xenon bulbs sold on ebay such as these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=36476
