Problem about OBX cat-back

After I installed my OBX cat-back for month, every time when I start driving my car, I can hear the tip is hitting my bumper
The mechanic told me to change the hanger, but I only found the hanger for WRX. They are shorter than old hanger, so now the tip is stick on the rear bumper
So, what should I do???

Tip is sticking on your rear bumper? Tip will get hot and probably melt your bumper if you don't do something about it soon.

Why don't you use OEM hangers?

You sure its the bumper? I get a little bit of rattle when I have driven for a while. I think its hitting a heat shield or a brace or something down there. There are no marks on the bumper from mine and it is much more metallic than say a thump or a pop from hitting plastic.

I know exactly what the problem is. I had the same thing on mine. The rear hangar not the two at the end of the muffler by the tip but the one that sits alone by the pipe, that hangar has to be heated and bent up a little. I promise that will solve the problem cause if you go and take off the rubber piece thats holding that hangar in place, you will see that the muffler tip goes down a little, so just go to a muffler shop and ask them to bend that hangar up about an inch or so .
