JWT filters

Does anyone have a JWT filter on thier 02-03. If so, have you had any problems with the MAF? I have a berk intake with an old (from my last car) K&N filter I am a little worried from the talk about problems with the MAF. Also does anyone have an opinion which is better the Apexi or JWT? Last question where is the cheapest I can find a JWT filter?

Thanks,

Jason

I used to have a (Stillen)JWT filter in my 97, 2 years NO problems and just put a CAI w/K&N in my 2001. I have seen the latest problems with 2k2+ and oiled filters so if your really worried get the apexi from berk, its more expensive but its a dry filter so no oil worries. Youll spend either 100 for the JWT from Courtesy or 105 and change for the Apexi from Berk.... your choice

MAFS are blowing no matter what filter's in there -- stock, K&N, Apexi..it seems random though, some people are lucky, some aren't. Doubt it's b/c of just the filter type. Sound, on the other hand, will be better (read: meaner/louder) from the JWT from what Kloogy has said on here. He's got an FC midpipe coupled w/the JWT filter.

I have the exact same set-up as kloogy. I bought the JWT from courtesy parts and Steve from SWA sold me his old FC midpipe. Looks very neat and tidy, and sounds above 3000 rpm, at WOT are vicious!
