if i were to get them i'd take advantage of them and connect the ducts so they would actually dicipate the heat under the hood, other then that they are useless

imagine that!! you found MORE rice for your car
and please dont post pictures!!! with that and the dual rice hood, you are gonna have alot of useless inlets into your engine bay!!!
no one said they were a waste of money cause they are bad quality (im sure they are)...they are a waste cause they are RICE and serve no purpose but to look ricey.

i know
we are all adults here right? so we can take critisism.
i dont get all fired up when people make comments about my hubcaps. cause i know i could have replaced them but i bought a house instead. priorities.
ill get around to them.
its just funny when people with mods that most people dont like, fight back by saying "well your car is stock" now you hurt my feelings
the car is fine stock, thats why we all bought them. some people realize the car is fine just the way it is. should they be attacked for that? come on now

too ricey for my taste, I'm happy with my stock. If they can make it look agressive, let say a M3 fender then I'll consider it.

They do make M3 style fenders for our Maxima's. And the good thing about them is they are made of steel not fiberglass or PVC. If you want to see the M3 style fenders or the so called riced out fiberglass fenders go to www.custommaxima.com and check them out. I personally would go with steel fenders.....

Anwser all questions.

First id love to thank soonerfan for posting something negative bout my car again in a second forum post. I was wondering how long it would take you. I think were starting to grow a bond i post something you coment its kind of like a naging girlfriend you cant get rid of. The fenders are the same one custommaxima has there made by sarona. Yes there made out of fiberglass. As far as the coment about useless inlets look where i live i live in south florida it gets hotter than itll ever get in VA on a daily Bases and the dual ram hood's are fully functional ram opening meaning colder air for my hot as **** engine bay. Here a tip of advice people who own american cars call all Japanese Rice Burners meaning mines a rice burner, yours is a rice burner, everyone with a japanese car owns a rice burner. Im sorry to break that news to you i know its hard to deal with having a stock rice burner u wish was only refered to as a car.

my opinion (note "opinion" part that doesn't have to agree with you...)

Side vents on a max are ricey. They will not reduce the temperature in your engine bay by any significant measure. Vents belong on sports cars...more specifically classic sports cars like my gt6..

Steve5891,

Nice car! I like how you went with the dark rims with the polished lip. Looks pretty classy for a "RICE BURNER"...... Hey, I'm in another thread with a guy from Denver & he has some questions about 1/4 mile times up there in the Mile high city. What do you run turbo charged. & what kind of Power numbers do you think your making?

Jason comin thru again str8 with the funnies...reminds me of the olden days when I looked forward to Sunday morning cartoons in the local newspaper....

Seriously tho, Jairo, they dont belong on a maxima-its just wrong--the maxima is a 4 door family car with some very sweet pickup-a true sleeper....

leave that stuff for civics and cars that ppl actually believe have some power.....

and btw maximarican--for the record you haven't posted any pix that i've seen but I agree with Jason on this one...dual ram air hood on a maxima is a

total

I personally like the Fenders.
The fenders add an agressive look without losing the class. IMHO.
Looks nice on your max Steve5891.
