7443 and 7440 LED"S!!!!!!!!!!

I need

7443's in Red
7440's in Amber

I have the clear taillights and I need the colored LED's to keep it legal. Any help where I can find these. I tried Superbrightleds.com and I had no luck. They only had white and amber for the 7443 and didnt offer the 7440's at all. Thanks in advance.

just so you know, just cause you get colored LEDs/bulbs wont make those tails legal. just less noticable at night.
tails MUST REFLECT RED according to the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and department of transportation

http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/rules/...ds/qrgtext.htm

and since i know it is going to come up.....yes that little lexus SUV (RX whatever) has clear tails. but is also has red reflectors on the bumper to meet the regulation

you can see them on the main page but they are not avialable on the list to purchase. Only white and amber in 7443 are able to be added to the cart.

Wow

Damn, I'm a cop and the light thing doesn't bother me at all. I mean I use it to pull someone over but never give a ticket for it. Just use it to check for other things like DWI, Drugs or warrants. Anyways, try this site for bulbs for the rear,

Just a quick question:

Do the LED tails for our cars look right? and do they cause any change in the speed of the signaling cycle?

I used to have a set of LED tails on my blazer and it made my turn signals flash faster because they weren't drawnig enough current, the electrical system saw it as a burnt out bulb and flashed faster.

I'm trying to look myself for LED stop, tail and turn signals, but am not sure if they would just look and function stupidly.

Thanks

Yes, I have 15% all the way around on the Max. I haven't gotten pulled over for it yet but I am sure the day will come. Oh wait I actually did get pulled over once already for the tint. Nothing happened, as we started to talk about the job. I pull people over for the tint but never give out tickets for it. I use it just to check for other things.
